We conducted a long distance, military move with Irik and it was awesome! From the get-go, Irik connected with us on our vision. He added us to his MLS and app, Closely, immediately so we could work on our search. Irik understood some unique details of our assignment between work and nearby family, and helped us sort through an assortment of neighborhoods and housing options. I am confident that even if we couldn’t make it to house hunt in the area, he would have helped us with the best house possible. Before we made a visit, he did several video walk through a of homes we loved which was greatly appreciated. Since he is also a parent, he was able to point out certain aspects of homes that weren’t the safest or family friendly, while highlighting aspects he knew we were looking for. When we came out to the area to house hunt, Irik was ready to hit the ground running. We toured 30 homes in 3 days from Folsom to Roseville, Auburn to Fair Oaks, and parts of Sacramento- all homes we favorited in the MLS along with new homes on the market. Irik remained flexible and adventurous while touring with us and our three kids in tow. We eventually found the home of our dreams, and Irik got to work connecting with their realtor, our loan agent, and others to get the ball rolling. He helped us write a strong offer which was accepted by the sellers before we boarded our red eye home. He didn’t drop off after, either. He stayed with us every step of the way. We appreciate Irik’s collaborative approach and down to earth demeanor. His community involvement and knowledge is also exactly what we needed knowing we would possibly have to purchase the home sight unseen. Our family will recommend Irik to anyone on their house hunt, especially other long distance buyers.

Character Matters: In my opinion, a quality agent starts with a quality individual. Qualities like character, work ethic, and a solid moral compass. Irik demonstrated these qualities from day one. My first impression of Irik came while I was working in my front yard. Irik was walking door-to-door passing out his custom neighborhood newsletters. Without hesitation or introduction he asked if I needed help with my yard work. Who is this guy? My neighbors house had been vacant and neglected for almost two years with the owner three time zones away. This house was vacated with zero planning or preparation, dishes in the sink, food left in the fridge, etc. Irik was hired to sell the home and immediately got to work. I personally watched Irik clean the kitchen, empty the fridge and remove the countless unwanted items left behind of all sizes and shapes. He then began to assess how to best prep the house with emphasis on the bottom line, the best return for work performed. He collected and reviewed bids for landscaping, for pool repair, carpet cleaning and minor repairs. Irik worked closely with the contractors and did much of the work himself. He saved money for the owner at every level, often telling me, “If I can save some money for the owner by doing something myself, I’ll do it.” Very shortly, the home was beautifully staged and ready to present. I was amazed at the transformation. Irik capped it off by hosting an invitation only open house and special get together for neighbors and friends to honor the previous owner, who passed two years ago, with his favorite food and music. We were all amazed at how far the home progressed. I was especially proud because the owner was a good friend of mine. Needless to say, the owner's son was blown away! I know most homes probably will not require this level of transformation or involvement, but I’m confident Irik’s level of care and commitment will excel in any situation.

Irik made the process of selling my family home a breeze. He really goes above and beyond for his clients. His commitment and genuine caring about each house and the people involved make him the best realtor I have ever dealt with.

Irik has been an amazing realtor! He responded immediately every time we reached out to him for help or advice, which we did a number of times throughout the homebuying process. He has been consistently positive and encouraging, while also being realistic about what we could afford (and helping us to be realistic, too!). Not only that, but he made everything as smooth as could be, taking care of many things on his own and keeping us fully informed of everything we needed to know and do. Additionally, Irik is a negotiating wizard! Even though the sellers were initially unwilling to budge on the price, he was able to use information he gathered on his own as leverage, finally getting us into our house for $16k less than the asking price and having to pay a minimum number of fees ourselves. Besides that, the sellers had left swarms of ants throughout the home; when we met up with Irik for the final walk-through, though, he had already taken care of them all and left us a complimentary can of bug spray! To top it all off, he spent basically a whole Saturday helping us move! I could not recommend Irik more highly as a realtor; if I could give him ten stars, I would. He's great at what he does, and he's a great guy.

I have gotten to know Irik from him volunteering at the senior living community I work at. He has an amazing, caring personality and has a lot of fun while interacting with people. His attitude and personality is so great! He spreads joy whenever I see him. I appreciate Irik for all he does and who he is as a person!

Writing this to recommend that you use this company. Full of hearts is exactly what it means. They are there giving back to the community with a whole heart. I know you don’t know me but I would highly recommend this company. Even though we don’t know each other I would say that we could be friends.
