I trained with Rob a few years ago and got into the best shape of my life so I could be fit for a planned operation. He and the other trainers are tough on clients ( they wont let you coast!) but also so encouraging and they really know what they are doing. Exercises change daily so its never boring and classes have a lovely friendly atmosphere. I have returned after having children and its even better. The new studio is modern with great equipment and groups are small but you still get individual attention and there is a lovely camaraderie. There are sessions at all sorts of convenient times. I always look forward to training (although its painful during!) There are no nasty egos and if you are a beginner or super fit the sessions are tailored to you and possible to do. I'm really pleased I joined ProtoFit group training sessions. I've lost 8kg so far and built muscle I've never had - but more importantly I enjoy the training sessions and feel mentally and physically great when attending them. You have a friend in Rob, not just a PT. I value the constant motivation and friendly support. I also like how diverse the groups are in terms of fitness levels and age. The sessions are inclusive but push everyone to the max depending on what level you're at. Rob organises events outside of training sessions which help to remind us to build physical activity and fun into our own social lives, not just inside the gym! Finally all of the trainers who lead sessions as part of ProtoFit are brilliant and professional, I know whichever session I book will be a great one. If you are looking to get back into shape, lift weights or step up your workouts , I cannot recommend ProtoFit more. Less
