Not only has Dr Tan improved my oral health and "saved" a few of my teeth he has also improved my over all health after he recommended the sleepwell mouth guard to me, this has improved my sleep and alleviated symptoms of mild sleep apnoea. I do sleep a lot better whilst wearing the mouth guard and it reduces snoring dramatically. The process was painless using a "camera" to scan my teeth, the guard fits well but can get a bit of getting used to.I've had wisdom teeth removed at the practice also which was managed very well, I can't recommend them enough.Overall, I'm so happy friends recommended Glenhaven to me and would not hesitate to pass on that recommendation.Thank you, Dr Tan!!! I had a dental hygiene appointment and then followed up with Mark on straightening my teeth through Invisalign and sorting out a chipped tooth through bonding. I had an allergic reaction to all three sets provided, in addition the first set was broken and the other two didn't fit, they were too big for the gap and out of lin... More

When I queried the charges I was threatened with being stopped from leaving the surgery revised to you will no longer be a patient here if u leave. Very intimidating. I wont be seeing Mark again. What a great practice ! I have been with Glenhaven for 40 years, firstly with Chris Lewis and latterly with Mark as my dentist. The service has developed well over the years and with the new, younger and dynamic team, has moved into 21st century care with massive investment in infrastructure and staff. As a retired health professional who has lived on different continents for many years, I have always valued the exceptional care provided when I have needed treatment and returned to the UK for it. In November 2017 I attended to have a damaged tooth reviewed, expecting at least to need a crown and possibly extraction. I was delighted when I was shown the Cerec system and had an inlay manufactured and fitted in one sitting. This practice has always been a friendly but very professional service and, over the years, I have got to know them well. Now retired to the Isle of Wight with my partner, Jenny, I still will not change to a local practice, preferring to travel to Wales and stay with this super team.
