I have hyperhidrosis in my face, and have been to several places that are registered to prescribe and administer botox, as this is known to help.On speaking with Rachel, I was asked some indepth questions prior to my free consultation.Firstly, some places charge for a consultation, and if you decide to not go ahead with the practice, thats lost.Then, you have the others that are not only keen to book you in for botox, but try sell all other procedures to "rectify" your skin problems. They don't listen! As a 64 year old overweight female, I don't really have deep or bothersome wrinkles, and made it clear that my only reason for wanting botox was to get rid of this condition.Rachel had done some research prior to my consultation and gave me guidance and information that may be more suitable than aesthetic procedures.To me, this is customer care at its best. Putting customer needs ahead of profits.The reception staff were very welcoming upon my arrival, and the practice is beautifully presented throughout.Would highly recommend if you have any concerns about your skin, as you know you'll get an honest review and guidance.

Glenhaven is a very impressive dental practice. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm welcome and offered a seat in their beautiful waiting area. They are very prompt with their scheduling, and I have never had to wait past my appointment time. Jack and his assistant were reassuring, friendly, and professional. It was impressive to have X-rays done in the same room as the treatment, and the room was immaculate.I would highly recommend this practice to everyone—superb service!

I first came across Glenhaven dental practice when I needed an emergency appointment and was let down by another practice. Glenhaven saw me within days as a new patient and I'm so glad I found them!I couldn't be happier with the service that I have received from Glenhaven Dental. Not only has Dr Tan improved my oral health and "saved" a few of my teeth he has also improved my over all health after he recommended the sleepwell mouth guard to me, this has improved my sleep and alleviated symptoms of mild sleep apnoea. I do sleep a lot better whilst wearing the mouth guard and it reduces snoring dramatically. The process was painless using a "camera" to scan my teeth, the guard fits well but can get a bit of getting used to.I've had wisdom teeth removed at the practice also which was managed very well, I can't recommend them enough.Overall, I'm so happy friends recommended Glenhaven to me and would not hesitate to pass on that recommendation.Thank you, Dr Tan!!!

Nine months ago both myself and my wife moved dentist to Glenhaven Dental Care and from that day have not looked back. Following a thorough examination of my teeth, Dr David Tan prepared a detailed Care Plan (with a breakdown of costs) for treatment of many long-term underlying issues. During my several visits for treatment I have found Dr Tan (and his assistant) to be very professional, personable and caring.
