I recently remodeled my kitchen and both bathrooms, and honestly, I'm blown away by how everything turned out. The bathrooms feel super modern and clean now -- exactly what I was hoping for. The tile work is sharp, and the finishes just give the space a really fresh vibe. The kitchen is probably my favorite part. The quartz countertops look amazing and totally elevate the space. They're smooth, bright, and really easy to keep clean, which is a huge plus. It actually makes me want to cook more now.Everything was done professionally and came together even better than I imagined. Definitely worth it.

I've had a phenomenal experience with JMS Developers. From the consultation to budgeting and estimates, Joe of JMS Developers was transparent, sincere, and trustworthy. Joe and his team took the time to think through all the potential outcomes, design elements, and pitfalls before we began our work. I felt fully secure in the process. When the work began, Joe communicated every step of the way. Joe and his team made sure the job site was always very clean and organized and checked in consistently to see if I had any concerns with how things were going. The progress was consistent, there were always many people working at once, and Joe shared updates and always clarified before doing a new stage of work to ensure that we were all on the same page. I've never had such thorough communication so consistently with a contractor! For a few things along the way that I wanted to add to the scope of work, Joe made sure to note the change of scope, the potential costs, and the impact it would have on the duration of the work progress. The outcomes have been fantastic! Everyone comes into my home and is impressed with the transformation. From small details to big changes, every aspect of the work was done thoroughly and to a high standard. I am so satisfied with this experience and I feel so bonded to the whole JMS Developers team because I felt so respected throughout the process and the outcome is perfect! I highly recommend JMS Developers and I'm proud to be a reference for this exceptional team.

This is a long past due review for a great company that did the work about 9 months ago and totally deserve it. as I'm new to this 'yelp' platform I think I should bring it up .My parents house was in serious need of a backyard makeover . The place looked old and not appealing at all. After interviewing 4 different contractors they found JMS developers, a local general contractor that have 5 stars rating , once their project manager came in there house they knew that this would be it . The pictures can talk for them self .Beautiful pavers and patio covers , fire pit and built in bbq and they did also the tile around the pool. Fabulous work , always came on time .Clean and courteous . Not the cheapest price, but you can't argue with pristine results . My parents are super happy with their decision and they still get compliments for their back yard as it still look brand new. Magnificent work guys .Highly recommend them .

Joe with JMS Developers recently remodeled our kitchen and master bathroom in our condo. He was responsive and communicative the entire time from initial visit, to estimate, to project start and completion. His vision and our vision for the final product came out great! We live our new bathroom and kitchen and Joe was great to work with. Any issues that came up which were mostly due to the building were handled quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend JMS to anyone looking for a great general contractor in LA.

I rent a condo after having lived in a home for over 40 years. They found a broken pipe Between floors and was dealing with 3 apartments. They Cut the wall found broken pipe between floors and replaced, dry walled and painted with extreme care. They were clean, prepared and most professional - Joe was right - I couldn't tell where they repaired!! Highly recommend!

Our project included a master bath, a guest bath, a walk-in closet and two smaller closets. My husband and I interviewed 3 contractors and it came down to JMS Developers and another firm. Joe won us over with his significant added-value in the design aspect. The other contractor was competent and both bids were similar cost-wise except it was joe who showed us a way to reconfigure the master bath in such as way as to maximize both the aesthetic and the functionality of the bathroom. The result was an amazing marble master bath and we are thankful we went with JMS Developers. In fact all through the project Joe added suggestions about how to make the final product both beautiful and classy, all while staying within the budget. The actual construction phase went very smoothly primarily due to their first rate tradesmen and workers. From the tile work to the difficult plumbing re-configuring we thought their workers were absolutely wonderful! Quality people who respected our home and tolerated my daily presence with great attitudes. Everybody showed up on time and worked hard all day. It gave us strong confidence in their problem-solving abilities when problems arose (as they always do in such projects). Communication and call backs were very reliable; Joe was professional and calming during the whole process. The budget was respected and the project finished on time given . Quality people; Great Value; fantastic work product; admirable professionalism by everyone involved. Five stars!

My family and I highly recommend JMS Developers. We were so lucky to find JMS! Joe and his team are fantastic and were very thorough in converting our garage to an ADU, including running point with the city/permitting offices and all utilities companies The end result is a beautiful little two bedroom/one bath home for my mother to retire in, and my family and I couldn't be happier. JMS is incredibly responsive and will not cut corners. I have already recommended them to a friend with great success, and we intend to go back to them when we have more projects in the future.
