I love every bit of how family oriented kadara capoeira you learn so must from music singing self defense and many other things you can learn and build confidence especially for kids who do struggle like my own and is suitable for all ages 4or 5 I think upwards so it's great and awesome

Our children joined Kadara Capoeira 6 months ago and enjoy the experience and culture of Capoeira very much. They have developed better mobility, learned new skills, and improved their social interaction within the group. The teacher always stimulates a happy environment and encourages the children’s own learning process. On top of all of that, the kids are always excited for the classes. Highly recommend!
