Caleb returned my text quickly and I was able to book an appointment once the weather cooperated. Jed came out and deep cleaned my SUV and it was beyond spotless and smelled good. He steam cleaned, and vacuumed upholstery and treated leather trim. Highly recommend their service and was priced fairly. Thanks Caleb & Jed for the wonderful service.

Highly recommend for a thorough detail! We just got back from a beach vacation with our 2 kids and dog, and our car was a sandy, stinky mess. The Detail Docs spent 2.5 hours getting years of grime off the seats and floor and it looks like it did when we bought it! They were super professional and I will definitely use them again!

I booked an appointment for 3pm, nobody showed up. Nobody answered the phone, called several times and left a voicemail. I texted and got a reply saying they were behind, which I said was totally fine! but when I asked if they were still planning on coming and what time, I got radio silence for the rest of the day. Still nobody picking up the phone... It's fine if plans change but I think I deserved the basic courtesy of being told what was going on :/ Why let me book an appointment and not honor it? Why does nobody answer the phone?
