I had high expectations when I booked The Detail Docs Mobile Detailing, but unfortunately, the service was far from what I would consider “professional detailing.” While they showed up on time, the actual work felt rushed and incomplete. There were still visible dirt spots on the lower panels of my car, and the interior had dust left in the vents and cup holders. For a company that markets itself as detail-oriented, the lack of attention to small areas was really disappointing. I essentially paid a premium price for what felt like a basic wash. I won’t be using their service again.Honestly, I feel like I wasted my money. The Detail Docs Mobile Detailing charges quite a bit compared to other mobile detailers in the area, but the results didn’t justify the cost at all. My car looked only slightly better than after a regular car wash. The wax job was uneven, and I noticed streaks on the windows after they left. For the price I paid, I expected a showroom-level finish, not something mediocre. Definitely not worth it in my experience.

After a vacation trip back and forth from Florida my telluride was nasty on the inside. There was sand from the beach everywhere and drinking spilled. The detail docs did an amazing job by getting it looking like new again. Will definitely be sticking with them to get it re done when it needs it again.
