LK Homes was a God send to me. It’s my first time at wanting to build a new home. They helped me so much and saved me time, money and I’m sure what would have been, stress and regret. They found out exactly what I would need to even start the building process, and what it could potentially cost. What a shocker !I couldn’t have a regular underground septic,(For reasons that they found out for me) that translates to, more money. Same thing happened with water well drilling. More money needed than expected. Electric hook up was even more costly. Bottom line…if you need an honest, thorough, competent company looking out for you, take the time to look into LK Homes consulting. You won’t be disappointed.
