We ended up missing stops we had planned out because of the bathroom stops we had to make and when i reached out to the front office about it, Savannah told me I was not promised a WORKING bathroom and offered nothing back or off of our trip for the inconvenience, for the 0 notice and for cutting out a portion of our plan. They also refused to let us reduce the amount of hours we needed despite giving more than a week notice. This company cares about your money and thats it. They will offer you absolutely no customer service and apparently enjoy carrying out the bait and switch business tactic. The company could not have predicted that our driver would scrape up into the landscaping wall outside the restaurant when our group was dropped off at 7 pm and get a tear resulting in a flat tire. Then, the company could also not have predicted that their driver would not call to get it fixed until we were ready to leave the restaurant at 9:30. My group sadly had to get Ubers home instead of having the limo ride home that we all expected. If this company is as awesome as these reviews suggest, then they should be able to reimburse me for the Uber expenses home for the evening for everyone in my group. It should not take 4 hours to fix a flat tire, but if it does, then alternate transportation should be provided. I am waiting for the company to make this right. I know that this has been a hard year on everyone and especially on small businesses. Hopefully, this company has gotten back on its feet financially and is ready to make this right. Before I file any official complaints about this company, I am giving them this final opportunity to show me that their company is really what is suggested in these google reviews and my experience was not typical. She would slam on the breaks which caused everyone to fly into each other. I was truly afraid we were not going to get to our destination. We finally made it to the restaurant and as the driver was driving off, she hit the back tire hard causing a flat. We waited over 2 hours to get it fixed but none of us felt safe driving back with her in the dark. The poor host called the company and expressed our concern. I was so thankful the host didn’t make us drive back with the limo. The host totally took care of us and did the right thing to keep us safe. The reason I am shocked is I just found out that Savannah nites didn’t take care of their customer, the host! They kept all their money! The host waited several days for them to make a decision and when they finally did call her back they said they were thinking about giving her a couple hours for free but since someone posted a negative review they were not going to do anything. How could this be? Are they out of money or something? This should have been a no brainer. Why would we pay to have ubers take us home when we already had a way in a limo!? Obviously it was a huge safety concern. What would have happened if we did ride back and got into an accident or even killed someone? We would have been accused of knowing it was unsafe but doing it anyway. Savannah did not do the right thing by us and missed an opportunity to take care of their customers. Everyone was spilling their drinks due to the very very sudden stops and curb-hitting. The drivers window was constantly down and could hear all the cursing and comments of frustration which was very unprofessional. Anyways, we get to the restaurant and was dropped off at the door and as she was as driving away, she hit a retaining wall (which was bricks) at sometime after 7PM in front of everyone. The driver came into the restaurant to let us know at 9:30PM that we had a flat tire and help was on the way but the restaurant was closing at 10PM. So we all sat outside the restaurant til about 11:30PM. The host of my friends party waited about an hour before calling the company and she was on the phone quite a few times. She was explaining the situation and concern for all our safety and trying to figure out what route we should take at this point. They never did once mention we could choose a new driver back because we were definitely not wanting to be taken an hour back home in the dark with what we experienced in the daylight. So we told the driver we were not going to need her services to return home and got multiple Uber drivers due to the size of our party. I know ours alone back with my group of three was well over $100. I feel very sorry for the host due to how much was spent to only have one way of the limo services. I am writing this to also let others know they will not be wanting to reimburse anything at all due to they do not cover “acts of God”, which last time I checked I don’t believe driving abilities are under that category? I called to explain to them what had happened. I called "after hours" at 5:30 even though on their website it says they close at 6:00 and reached the after hours person. He was so unbelievably rude. He told me he was unable to help and I would have to call back tomorrow to get help and would not take down my information for the company to call me back. Finally after explaining to him that he should be taking my information down, he did. The next day I called back and reached the after hours guy again even though again it was before 6:00. He said he had not talked to any one in the building so did not tell anyone to call me. He also stated "sounds like if you want to talk to someone so bad about this you would call during the times I had given you." When I asked for his name he said "Ed." I asked if he was the only Ed that worked there and what his last name was since this was also our drivers name and I did not want it to seem that it was our driver being absolutely terrible. He stated "Ed is the only name you need to know." He also kept saying "oh okay" and cutting me off when talking. I could not believe how rude he was to someone trying to get ahold of someone about a problem with their company. When I called back today and talked to the manager she told me that the best she could do is give a discount on our next service with them.... which there will not be. When I told her about Ed (the after hours guy) she made excuses saying, "well he lives in Florida and that's probably why he did not tell anyone." She also stated, "Ed gets calls late with last minute changes from drunk people so that is probably why." She did apologize for him... how nice. I cannot believe the customer service for this place. Late review..we used A Savannah Nite for our wedding on 10/17. I usually have great experiences with this company but this time was mediocre. This is a stellar business that went above and beyond to fix my 37 ft. 1997 motorhome when it developed a brake problem returning from Florida to Michigan. Last Tuesday I came through the Tennessee and Kentucky mountains and then hit a huge traffic slowdown south of Cincinnati due to construction, was just getting through that and then had more stop-and-go rush-hour traffic. I was in the middle of that when my brakes began to fade and the brake warning light came on. I was able to get off the freeway at the next exit and into a shopping center parking lot. I had my two granddaughters and a handicapped friend with me. I called my road service, who dispatched a towing service around 8 PM. That service said it would take them 2 hours to get to me. By 10 PM no tow truck came. I called the number that had come in on text and learned that tow truck was broke down. I called my road service back, informed them of that, and they identified and dispatched another towing service, which was also a stellar service provider that went above and beyond. The repair center that my road service had identified and I was towed to was no longer in business! At midnight, with no other place to go, the tow service owner called Eric Boepler. We were towed to his business, A Savannah Nite, deposited in his service yard, and were allowed to stay there in my motorhome. Wednesday morning a mechanic arrived and spent the whole day obtaining parts and working on the rear brakees. Although I had the brakes checked before I left Michigan to go to Florida, by this part of the return trip the shoes and rotors on both sides needed replaced and one caliper. The mechanic also filled up the gear oil. This guy was very experienced in working on big vehicles from maintaining the stretch limos and party buses operated by this company. Once the motorhome was movable again, they let me dump my full sewage and water tanks where they dump their buses. And then, after I paid my bill, which was very reasonable for all they did, Eric had me pull the motorhome over to another service bay and he fixed the air conditioning that I had worked on while in Florida. It quit after we entered Georgia and we had a very hot ride to Cincinnati. It was a nice cool ride the rest of the way to Michigan. Before we left A Savannah Nite, my granddaughters and friend enjoyed getting pictures taken in a pink Limo and a party bus with all the lights on. This place has a VERY impressive fleet! I don't think this business normally works on other vehicles. I am so thankful they worked on ours! I would say anyone using A Savannah Nite services can be assured of well-maintained vehicles, professional owner and employees, and above-and-beyond services. Less

No limo ever showed up for our wedding. Owner refused to return deposit. Took a small claims court ruling to finally have deposit returned.

Such a great experience for our daughter's 13th birthday party! Lori was fantastic. The girls had so much fun.

We had a price set and a time limit set and then it all changed with some bs story of "the person that set this deal up is nolonger an employee with us. Then I find out that my cousin who is a customer also had the SAME THING said to her months ago. I wouldnt recommend this company to anybody!... More
