I recently had a perplexing plumbing problem. The lovely Duncan and Zac arrived two days in a row and worked tirelessly to troubleshoot and solve it, and solve it they did!!! I cannot thank them enough for their diligence, professionalism, and most of all friendliness in helping me. I recently lost my husband, which Duncan is aware of. He always answers my calls promptly because he knows how unfamiliar I am dealing with tradesmen, but absolutely I am not with Duncan - he is so positive and helpful and puts my worries to rest. Excellent service, managed to fit my job in earlier than expected. Efficient and knowledgeable team kept me fully informed throughout the work.
