⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Above and Beyond! We cannot speak highly enough of Pelican Caravan Park and the wonderful team who looked after us during our stay.We stayed in our caravan while my parents stayed in one of the cabins, and everything was absolutely perfect. The facilities and accommodation were exceptionally clean, well maintained and comfortable. What truly sets this park apart, though, is the incredible kindness, compassion and genuine care shown by the staff.During our stay, my dad was unexpectedly admitted to hospital, and the team went above and beyond to support us during a very stressful and uncertain time. They did everything they could to help us extend our accommodation, even holding a room for us in case we needed it. They regularly checked in to see how Dad was doing and whether there was anything they could do to help.Their kindness and understanding meant more to us than they probably realise. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we felt genuinely cared for rather than simply being guests. It’s rare to come across such exceptional customer service, and even rarer to find people who show this level of genuine compassion.A huge thank you to the entire team at Pelican Caravan Park. You made a difficult time so much easier for our family, and we are incredibly grateful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend this park to anyone looking for wonderful accommodation and truly outstanding hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very lovely park. Our site was right on the bank of Nambucca River and right next to the camp kitchen whichbhad ample BBQ's small fridge and lots of tables and chairs overlooking the beautiful river.
