Since then , they’ve restrung a pearl bracelet for us and worked closely with me to transform a diamond solitaire ring into a beautiful pendant necklace , even repurposing the original ring setting with a new stone! I had an excellent experience at Dickens. My cross necklace — which I wear every day — broke, and it was repaired and ready the very next day. When I originally picked it up, it had even been beautifully polished.I didn’t realize the cross piece could not be added after the necklace had already been soldered back together, which was completely my oversight. When I called, I was immediately told to bring it right back in — there was no hesitation.Mr. Victor carefully undid the completed soldering work, re-soldered the necklace properly with the cross in place right there in the store, and had it back to me in less than five minutes.The owners are both kind, personable, and professional. Their integrity and genuine care for their customers truly stand out. I highly recommend Dickens.

My elderly Mother made an appointment with Dickens Jewelers to sell some jewelry. We were met with kindness, professionalism and warmth by Victor. He explained the evaluation process with transparency and all the steps involved. He was patient the whole time and spent a significant amount of time with us. You don't find professionals who are willing to spend that amount of time with clients, educate them and show complete transparency. He deserves 10 stars. Fabulous experience, he has a beautiful store and his wife is also just as wonderful. I'd like to thank you both!

Victor at Dickens was personable and professional. He took the time to listen to my wife's concerns about her rings. He carefully evaluated what needed to be done with her engagementi ring and noted right off the bat that her prongs holding the stonee were worn down to a critical level and that she could lose her stone. He immediately suggested correcting the prongs. Her other ring needed to be fixed because the band split and needed siizing. He took his time to reset her engagement ring in a new basket which really brought out the shine of the diamond.. He does excellent work and takes pride in it, as he should. He never tried to upsale us. His store and the goods are spectacular! It was a challenge to walk out without buying something. We have used Diickens services in the past and will continue to do so in the future. We trust him to care and protect our jewelry while in his possession.
