As you all should know jewelry is always up and down in the market. However I can promise you reading this; it is honest pricing. Dickens is held together on Main St. of Clinton, Nj by a family that knows what they are doing. In fact, most jewelers and other stores send their repairs to them (they do in-house repairs) so why not cut out the middle man and save yourself money?! It is Good. Honest. Work. I think those three words speak for themselves. My only regret is that I did not know about this place sooner. Engagement rings, Necklaces and repairs, Bracelets, other things, galore and dare I say it any other “bling bling”. The owners will take time with you ask questions, size you up or help you figure it out. And if its for someone else to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. Not what they are trying to get off a shelf so to speak. Jewelry of any sorts is expensive. They do not only sell jewelry, they sell the jewelry made for you. They help find what suits your needs and wants with no judgment. They smile when you smile. Speaking for myself I’ve worn the same 2 necklaces for over 16 years. I had such a wonderful experience with Dickens Jewelers. I initially went in to have my wedding bands resized and polished, and I was so happy with the quick turnaround and beautiful results that I came back just a week later with my husband’s grandfather’s wedding band. I wanted to have it resized and polished so I could give it to my husband, and they went above and beyond—even having it ready for me the same day!I’m so grateful for their kindness, quality work, and incredibly quick turnaround. Both experiences were wonderful, and I will absolutely be back. Highly recommend Dickens Jewelers!

We have been to Dickens Jewelers twice for repair work. My wife lost one of the diamonds in her engagement ring. Dickens was able to replace and polish the ring to where it looks brand new. We had my wedding ring checked to make sure all the diamonds were set and no issues. They polished the ring and again looks great.We recently had some other jewelry checked and repaired, and it all looks great.Family owned and operated. Dickens is amazing! Such wonderful service!! I have been to many other jewelry stores looking for engagement rings, many jewelers and sales associates wouldn't listen to what I wanted and thought they knew better than myself and would try to push things on me I did not want. At Dickens, I felt heard and understood about what I was looking for. Other stores need to take notes from Dickens, that's how you create life long customers! Dickens was able to come up with a beautiful custom engagement ring for me and sent CAD designs so quickly. It was exactly what I was looking for. A very special place! The owners care about me personally and took extra care to understand, advise and deliver. My Mothers’ pearls are now restrung with a gorgeous new clasp and will be presented to my niece in a teal, blue, velvet box to wear for her wedding. I highly recommend stopping by Dicken’s Jewelry Store. Victor and Emelia are true professionals who genuinely care about their craft and their customers. My family and I were referred by a friend a few months ago and decided to start with a simple bracelet clasp repair. Since then , they’ve restrung a pearl bracelet for us and worked closely with me to transform a diamond solitaire ring into a beautiful pendant necklace , even repurposing the original ring setting with a new stone! Their expertise, creativity and attention to detail have made every experience exceptional.
