Our family purchased a king sized mattress almost a month ago. The process of purchasing the mattress was as smooth a process as anyone would hope it would be. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the best choice for us. We didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase. We were given time to move thru the selections provided to us. The store was clean and comfortable when testing out different beds. We highly recommend Snooze Mattress on Austin Bluffs if you would like to sleep better or more comfortable!

I stopped in with my brother to buy a new mattress after our basement had flooded. I've never bought a new mattress before so I was a bit hesitant. Jim was the one who we met, and he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable. The first thing we did was do the sleep diagnostic which is this bed that pin points your pressure areas when you lay down, and we discussed sleep habits. From there he was super helpful in showing me all kinds of mattresses that would be the most comfortable. He showed us all price ranges and I didn't feel pressured to buy and he didn't try to upsell to anything I didn't want. Im going to recommend this place to my family and friends, I know my mother will be needing a new mattress soon as well and I know he'd take just as good care of her as he did me.

John was super knowledgeable and very nice. Helped us with all of our needs and assisted in finding us in what we hope in theory should be the mattress for me and my fiance. He stayed almost an hour late to still help us out.

Tama, my salesperson, listened, asked the right questions, and gently steered me toward trying a medium — and he was absolutely right. The Puffy Royal fit my needs far better than what I'd walked in thinking I wanted. That kind of product knowledge paired with zero pressure is rare.The pricing was exceptional — I actually paid less than Puffy's own advertised online price, which I wasn't expecting at all.The entire experience was seamless. Tama handled everything efficiently and was genuinely personable throughout. I was quoted a two-week lead time, and the mattress arrived early. Tama and Jim (the owner) delivered it themselves, unrolled it, and had everything set up quickly — including hauling away my old mattress. They called ahead when they were running a little late in the evening, which I appreciated more than I can say. That's just good, considerate service.The Puffy Royal is made in the USA, which mattered to me. I'm a side sleeper who had been dealing with shoulder and hip pain, and I woke up without either. I'd recommend this mattress and this store without hesitation — and if Tama is available when you go in, you're in excellent hands.

I have had the best experience with Jim who owns the Austin bluffs location! He has personally went out of his way to help my with my king sized frame. He came to ensure the wiring was hooked up properly so that we do not cause a short. I’ve never worked with a company that operates with more integrity and consideration like they do!

I had the best experience with Jim the manager of Snooze Mattress at Austin Bluffs. He listened to what I desired and worked with me. Then he gave me time to think about what I wanted to purchase. When he and his partner delivered the bed. They rearranged furniture to my desires. I really appreciate having the opportunity to work with such caring people.
