I had to exchange a mattress I bought, the same day I bought it so I'd have a bed that nite, and the salesman (John) and the owner (Jim) actually closed the store early so they could exchange the bed that evening. They went way over and above, and if I could give them 100 stars I would! HIGHLY recommended! Wonderful store, EXCELLENT service.

We had a great experience with Jim and the store. He was knowledgeable and didn't try to push the most expensive option. Instead he worked with us to find the best fit for us. The mattress was delivered within a week and it was so convenient that they took our old mattress away. They will absolutely have my business again
