We used Diego Party Bus and Limo for a prom and dinner. We are teachers and we were celebrating a retirement and the students' prom. The correspondence between myself and Diego was prompt and upfront. We were given a great deal and even upgraded at no charge. Our driver, Merlin, was on time and professional. I would definitely use Diego Party Bus and Limo again for its professionalism and value.

The service , timeliness was great. I rented a party bus for my daughter's prom. They emailed me a contract and said it will cost $1200. I paid $200 as a deposit.On the day of prom, the driver wanted me to sign a paper. He showed me where to sign and made no other explanation. Between taking photos, I assumed I needed to sign it as the adult.After I received a receipt and they already charged my card. I saw that they added %20 tip, which totals to $280. I asked if it was standard tip but my contract only said "gratuity not included". They got very defensive over email. They said they provided a great service.I said I should have been asked how much I would tip. They can't just put an amount there and honestly $280 is a lot of money when I am already paying $1200. All the kids who rode the bus pay for themselves and it meant I needed to ask for a greater amount.In short, they are refusing to pay back the $280. I disputed it with my bank. I believe in tipping for great service. But "before" the service is received and definitely not without being asked how much. They have been very rude over email.

From my 1st phone to inquire about availability to dropping off the 23 kids after Prom, Diego Party Bus was top notch! Mike and his team were super helpful with sending pictures of the exact bus we would be using. The contract was easy to read and Merlin, the driver, was outstanding. He reviewed the rules with the kids. He shaded his location so I could track the bus and texted throughout the evening. He stopped at In N Out on the way back from Prom. The kids felt safe and enjoyed the ride! Parents had peace of mind. We would definitely work with Diego Party Bus again. Thanks, Mike, Merlin and team!!

Got the sprinter limo for my senior son and his friends for prom. Driver was polite and easy to talk too. On time too! Kids were very happy and had the best time

Great winery trip with our friends. Bus was clean and ready to go. although we got the 18 seater, it fit more like 16 ladies comfortably. If you’re bringing coolers great space under seats but need low lying coolers to fit otherwise they have to be on the floor or seats which takes up space. Driver was a little late. wish he would have arrived a few minutes early to get give us time to get on bus before we left, as every minute counts when your on a timed tour. Great communication with sales people too. Overall it was a great experience, and I would us them again. just a few tips for future tours.
