Paul became my coach in 2022 and helped me develop a healthy relationship with exercise instead of over training we set up a training plan to work on myself with a monthly in gym check in... He was always at the end of the phone to pop over a video regarding checking my form and the in houde check in meant we cud work on movements i was having difficulty with. If u are looking to get results Paul is very knowledgable at what he does and i highly recommend. His equipment and facilitiy is 10/10

I’ve been going to Paul for just over two years now. I have now gone from having no gym experience at all to feeling confident trying any new exercises, whether it’s cardio or weights. Small size classes are perfect and sometimes with a friendly competitive element. If you have an injury Paul is always on hand to offer an alternative exercise. Highly recommend this gym.

I have been attending the small group classes at Templetown Strength & Conditioning for a few years now and cannot recommend it highly enough. Paul is a great trainer who makes each class different with a mix of cardio and strength exercises. The small group class size means that Paul is always on hand to encourage, help and offer advice/alternative exercises when needed.

Paul is an excellent trainer who tailors his sessions to your individual needs and goals. He is always extremely accommodating and encouraging, and enables you to challenge yourself in a safe and fun way. His knowledge on fitness, health and nutrition is vast and he also focuses on the mental health benefits of exercise. I can't recommend Paul highly enough. He's a real pleasure to work with and gets great results.
