C3 Training Drummoyne

I must start by saying that "social" gyms were never necessarily my thing, so I had a slight resistance to joining any gyms that had group functional training. I normally like to go in, do whatever I have to do for training that day, and leave. That said, I was struggling a bit with motivation at a 24/7 gym, and decided to give C3 Drummoyne a crack. And boy, am I glad I did...! They had a two-week free trial, and I was sold from day 1.The community is pretty amazing, and you can be as little or as actively social as you feel comfortable being, with no pressure either way. The coaches (no exceptions) are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely want to see members thriving - be it a PB, achieving better consistency, better technique, relaxing during yoga classes...you name it and they're there to help you do it. Energy, hybrid, strength, yoga classes; they have a bit for everyone. And now they have a recovery side too!Honestly? Not having to think about workouts, being able to just show up and get stuff done, organically improving with advice from the coaches, the energy of the people that attend the gym, all of it makes this a place I truly enjoy coming to, and training at.(AAANDDD...if you are competitive, love the sense of community, and is motivated by team spirit, you can also join their challenges. I joined their 6-week challenge and couldn't be more stoked about it all (and we still have 3 weeks to go!). Who'd have thought one could love group training this much! Thanks C3 for restoring my faith in group training and for showing me that not all gyms are built equal - some are just extra special đź’ś).
