Can't say enough about Matt and Nick.. gave them a real problem motorcycle ,that my bad did not store correctly over past winter.They tried all kinds of chemical related solutions and got 70 % of it cleaned up well.Then the question came..help me disassemble it so I can give it a proper color wetsand and buff ...Bike now looks like it was when I purchase it in 2014 ... Extremely satisfied ,and he told me when I first dropped it off ...it would be a in between jobs project ,and men if thier word ...it got done with a lot of sweat equity ... Bikes may not be his specialty, but the paint corrections Matt did are flawless and I understand why people wait to get appointments for them to do the work they request... Great experience for a first time PPF user. I did a full XPel PPF and ceramic coating of my alpine white BMW X5 M60i and couldn’t be happier with the results. Matt was awesome and answered all one billion questions I had along the way. The shop is just run professionally as a whole and I would highly recommend it if you are thinking about it.

Great service and high-quality results with professional communication from start to finish!The headlights on my wife’s daily driver were starting to exhibit yellowing from UV fade. After wet sanding the lenses, I reached out Matt (business owner) inquiring if PPF would make sense as an extra layer of protection.He quickly reached out to me, explained the benefits, and we coordinated a time to meet. Matt was extremely flexible with my busy schedule. His shop is clean and he has all the latest state of the art equipment and materials at his disposal.Matt made quick work of the headlights with an extremely high-quality X-PEL PPF application. I love my new car’s paint job. It’s a beautiful red metallic that looks 3-D and was developed at Mazda by the best team in the business who wanted to imbue a spiritual significance to the color. It’s called “Soul Red Crystal Metallic” and I knew that when I got my first ding, scrape or chip it would never be the same. Nobody can reproduce the factory paint job. I was hesitant about driving it on the highway, where I knew it would get hit by sand and rocks which would mar the paint on the hood.Then I discovered PPF. Paint Protection Film is a crystal clear plastic that is stretchy and resilient and can be wrapped on a vehicle’s body panels. It’s thick and protective and gives your paint job protection from road debris, salt and small rocks. The next step was research and I was looking for an expert to do the job right, because I wanted my dream car to continue to look fantastic and be easy to care for.I believe in reading all the reviews. I found Riccardi’s Automotive Detailing & Paint Protection had all 5* reviews by people who were happy with the quality of the work, the product and the professionalism of the business owner, Matt Riccardi.I found an appointment request form on the website, and I filled it out. I shopped the packages listed and took a deep breath and chose the complete wrap. I figure it’s an investment in my car’s appearance.My phone rang almost immediately and it was Matt Riccardi, who was friendly and chatted to me about his services and he was trying to line me up for a consultation. He was even willing to look at my car in my garage because he was going to be in my area. That’s customer service in my book!I was planning to wait a few months once I decided to move forward so I could save up.Matt booked my car for the work in July and he was impressive in person, so knowledgeable about the work, and he shared his background explaining that he developed his love for servicing cars as a 10 year old working in his Dad’s auto shop!When I came back to pick up my car it looked beautiful—very shiny and the film was possibly presenting the paint job with even more depth, if that’s possible.He sent me a sped up video of him and a second member of his team putting the PPF on my car and the care they take to get all the bubbles out.He has excellent communication and follow up. He books a first wash a month later, where he goes over the car with a fine toothed comb and makes tweaks or will redo a panel if it doesn’t meet his standards.I followed his careful instructions on allowing the PPF to cure, and used the very soft microfiber cloth and special cleaning mix he provided as a gift to wipe off any bird droppings or stuff that stuck to the car. I returned for my first cleaning and he redid my hood to make himself happy. He also redid one mirror. The car looks absolutely stunning and I could not be happier.I cannot express enough how great Matt is at applying PPF and he stands behind his products and work. He’s ultra competent and personable.
