If i could give negative I would. initially things went well with this company and things took a turn. The car broke down numerous times, coming from La omw to sacrmamento. everything could be proved in my screen shots. I recently went to anaheim to pick up the car because they claimed to have the car fixed we barely made it home. Then the tranasmission went out the same thing they said they fixed. I paid to use the car to do gig work and for months o couldn't because the registration and insurance was expired could not work and asked numerous times until i got it.although they credited me i really was not making money. again october of this month the car broke down again. it was mentioned the car needed to go to LA but the car was recently transported to southern cali and it wasn't communicated till afterwards on a call that was verified by family i asked if they could email me stating they would return the car on the oct 24th itz now the 27th i called and texted see email.i have not heard back. They are a fraud so yourself a favor and money and go elsewhere* THEY LIED WHEN THEY SAID THEY ARE INVESTIGATING THIS MATTER I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK

i recently rented a prius from travelnest for a long term booking and was pleasantly surprised. having rented from hertz before and being beyond disappointed, i didnt have high expectations. however, my experience with travelnest was completely different. the process was very easy and straightforward, and their customer service was above and beyond! as a small business, they were incredibly attentive and guided me through every step. shai and michael were both genuine and kind people who really seemed to want to help their customers out. i would definitely work with them again in the future and i highly recommend travelnest to anyone looking to book a car for good value and exceptional service :)

If i can rate 100 stars I would. When i say they brought me to tears they really did. I do gig work so have a working car is crucial my dodge charger kept breaking down, so last month I bought another car. My luck the car broke down 3 weeks later and the owner stop responding.I did not know how I would make money. It had to be fate and god on my side this time I was trying to call lyft express it was late and one of the owners called right back even though it was late at night. He was soo eager to help and I felt he was too good to be true. I asked if he could drop off the car and him and his business partner did just that. I had the car less than 24 hours later. They are SOOO genuine and they really wanna help people.So if you're in my situation just come here and don't go to Uber and lyft. They are more affordable and the process Is sooo easy. Great fast communication. I feel blessed

Very nice and friendly staff. My car was in the shop and I needed to rent a car for uber for the time being. I rented a Toyota Prius for 2 weeks and had no issues at all.
