While I thought the staff was great, the breakdown and reason for my review came around coordinating a dental procedure off site.I was initially told it could take a few months (so likely around March) for this procedure which was fine, because my daughter was having another procedure for a different modality done and would require sedation.An initial appointment was made without my knowledge. I got a call from the surgery center to review paperwork about a week prior to the appointment in January. The dental office never gave me the date though, so the first I’m hearing about this was from the surgery center and the procedure was less than a week from my daughter’s other procedure. I did not feel comfortable having her go under sedation so close together.When I called Super Tooth to ask why they didn’t tell me they scheduled, the apologized and then asked me several times to change my daughter’s other procedure so she could have the dental procedure instead.When I declined as her other issue was more pressing, they just said they would re-schedule.Today, I get a call from the surgery center telling me we need to be there at 6:15 am tomorrow. Again, never heard from Super Tooth about this appointment.We cant be there tomorrow at 6:15, so I asked the surgery center why this is the first time I’m hearing about this. They tell me to call Super Tooth. I call and they said they told me in January they would schedule me for the next one, which actually wasn’t what they told me. So then I said, even if you said it, no one told me a date, I had no follow up. I was told yes, we told you it would be the next date. No one told me the date. She then said I can schedule you for March and you know now. However, that date doesn’t work either, and quite frankly I don’t trust them, So now I’m back to square one.Routine dental care seems great with them, but because we need this extra thing, I’m going to look elsewhere for a new practice. My 5 year old went to Super Tooth for the first time today and absolutely LOVED it! She wore her cape very proud all day and was even telling strangers about her experience 🤣 The staff and doctor were extremely kind and made her feel comfortable right away. My daughter can’t wait to go back! Less

We got an appointment right away! My son loved the Lego wall and the staff/dentist was very nice and caring!

Dr. Robin was so thorough and gentle. They provided a cuddly stuffed animal bunny for our son to hold during his exam, and an awesome take home bag with a few goodies!
