Nice service is what I thought, employees behaviour will be nice until you book the car /changes later you make the payment (Full)/ Hollywood range performance at the time of delivery they make you cut the cake (symbolic representation of cutting relationship with customer professionally) and the challenge is no guarantee that you get the accesories for the car delivered after few weeks....pay..wait... request...beg... struggle...🙏🙏

I purchased tata nexon on February month pre delivery i found backheadlight fitment was not good and AC vents were broken sales advisor(sharon) gave assurance during first service he will rectify the issues but he didn't respond properly Worst service don't buy cars from Cauvery tata showroom and don't believe sales advisor .
