Dustin was great! Highly recommend. He is done within the time he estimates. He is very detailed on what all he finds. He allows you to come to the inspection and walks you through all his findings at the end! Great service. Have used him twice now. First time a few months ago when he found some sewer line issues on a previous house we backed out on and now the new house we are buying. Couldn’t recommend him more than enough!

Dustin is the best. I’m just old school & prefer face to face but it’s a different time age now. You just need to explain better on what you want on these documents. Needs to be user friendly.

Dustin did an amazing job inspecting the house I am looking to buy. He spotted over 20000$ worth of repairs I missed. He took time on two different phone calls to walk me through the entire property explained everything, made great recommendations. The only way he won’t do my next inspection is if it’s too far for him to drive. I will probably get him to reinspect it periodically just to prevent a small problem from growing into a huge one :). Best home inspection I’ve ever had done, and he couldn’t have been more friendly or knowledgeable.
