Plumus did a great job coming out to fix a burst water pipe. Communication and contact was easy and clear with a text confirmation of the job and the plumber came out within an hour. Craig was competent and professional and quickly identified and repaired the issue with a flexible hose that had ruptured behind the bathroom wall. He was able to source and replace the tap and hose quickly, tested the result and importantly he accessed the area and sealed up the access panel with the same coloured silicone as before so the area looked just as it did before the repair job. Full written invoice and easy payment with reasonable rates for the work done. Really efficient, friendly and would definitely use again.

I contacted Plumus because I urgently needed a plumber to replace my brother’s kitchen tap, which was leaking badly. Plumus was transparent with their cost, prompt with arriving and very communicative throughout the process. Andy did a great job with the new boiler. Had a pipe leak in a batbroom wall. Rang Plumus around 630pm on a Sat evening. A lovely competent professional plumber, Chris, came around 11pm and dealt with it efficiently within an hour. He was very respectful of our home and our tiled bathroom wall, creating minimal breakage to access and repair the leaking pipe. He tidied up after too! Thank you Chris.
