I was the loan doc signing agent for a reverse mortgage client of Michele’s. As a retired Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional, I was very impressed with her professionalism. She obviously had spent a lot of time educating her client on the product and the closing process. Her client was well prepared for the closing which facilitated the event. This process can be overwhelming for older borrowers and requires extra attention by the loan officer. Michelle definitely rose to the occasion and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to family and friends.
