Fraser is a legend and a great plumber. We had an urgent issue with our water tank (none of our toilets flushing and refilling). He came out within 30 mins of calling on a Friday night (outside business hours too).He was able to immediately identify the issue with a faulty pump and has made it clear to our real estate that it needs to be fixed to Australian plumbing standards. In the meantime he has given us all the information we need to temporarily resolve the issue. He will be my go to choice for any further plumbing issues going forwards.

Can't speak highly enough of Fraser and Banyule blocked toilets and plumbing. Had an old leaking toilet that I assumed needed to be replaced, the folks at Banyule plumbing came by and fixed it 24 hours later. They were in and out in under an hour, no attempts at upselling, if anything they actually down sold me and saved me a tonne of money, and the old toilet works like a dream now. Price was very reasonable, and Fraser and his colleague were conscientious and put me at ease during their visit which is often not the case as a woman when dealing with male tradies. Will be using their services again in future

Amazing service from start to finish. Had a leaking tap. First plumber wasn’t prepared to put the new tap we’d purchased in because of bench thickness. Second plumber charged a $140 call-out fee to tell us it’d cost $1,200 (!) to replace the tap. The Banyule Blocked Toilets and Plumbing guys were pragmatic, fast and effective: asked for a video to be sent (saving a call-out fee), once they confirmed they could fix it, came quickly and when they said they would. Fixed it in no time and saved me a grand. Thank you!
