I bought a membership here, but have found it difficult to get appointments. The office closes early and the last appointment of the day is 5 pm, so it’s difficult to schedule when you work a 9-5 job. I have also tried walk in appointments but it seems like they close the office at random intervals. I arrived at 4:30 pm on Jan. 22 (it should be open until 6 pm) and no one was there and the doors were locked. No one answered the phone.Unless you have a very flexible schedule, the membership is not worth your money. Seems like the location is understaffed.

Super aggressive on their marketing text messages, will send a promo message then an hour and a half later if you haven't responded, they follow up. I've even asked to stop with the messages and they still send them out.

Always a great experience when I come here. The nurses and staff are just genuinely good kind people. They have great bedside manner. Every time I book it’s same day and they always get me in. It’s always so clean and well kept, cozy and relaxing. I feel like a million bucks when I leave! Ooh and don’t get me started on those massage chairs 🙏🏼🥰

My boss has been telling me that when he feels like he is getting sick, he goes and gets an IV to zap the sickness. I felt like I was coming down with something so I figured I'd give it a go. The next morning, not only did I not feel sick, but I felt better than I had in months! 10/10 Will definitely be back again!

Wow! Prime IV is the go to spot for all your immune support needs! I came home from traveling and was feeling under the weather. I came in for the immunity cocktail And I have no doubt it prevented my illness from furthering I was able to complete all my work and schoolwork for the week with energy and vitality! Prime IV is the BEST 😍

This place is incredible! With a membership you are getting so many amenities; Oxygen, massage chairs, complementary warm/cool eye masks… blankets, snacks, and your IV! Staff is so friendly and helpful. I am so grateful that this place exists! The memberships are affordable and I can’t wait for my next visit.
