My first physio treatment from Pete worked great, it felt really good after the first session, so I'm in for a follow up. Hopefully it shouldn't take too many more treatments before I can walk pain free, maybe even get my dancing shoes on 🤞🤞🤞

After a fall flat on my front at the end of December, I assumed that the sore knee and aching hip and thigh area would improve over time as bruising does.However, after four months I was encouraged to contact Barnsley Physio for advice and hopefully some answers and treatment. My problems were quickly diagnosed by Suzanne and apparently would not have improved on their own because of the damage caused by the fall.She has changed my life with the treatment, and I am able to do things I never expected to be able to do again. Constant reassurance and exercises to do at home have encouraged me along the way. The atmosphere in the clinic is friendly, professional and relaxed, and I have no hesitation in recommending Barnsley Physio to anyone suffering from injuries or difficulties in their daily lives.June 2026.

I've had several lots of Physio for my neck and lower back from Craig who kept everything light hearted but also explained what I needed to know. I think maybe I had a years gap and I certainly wouldn't have returned if I'd not been happy about both my treatment and the good humour and professionalism of the staff. I like the hands on approach - it make me feel that something specific can help. I've been seeing Shirley for the last few sessions as she has been involved with the neurological problem I have. She's listened and reassured me with her presence. Sorry not to see you this week Shirley. (And you too Denise - thank you for being so understanding.)

Hi, I’m David Evans I’ve known Peter from when he was the physio at Wakefield trinity a few years ago I bumped into him at a game a couple of months ago and asked what he was doing nowadays, he told me he had opened a physio clinic in Barnsley he convinced me that he could help me with my painful feet ( arthritis) I’ve been in pain for 8 years!! Believe me it has not been good,trying to walk was painful my quality of life was not great but you crack on. I’ve had 4 appointments with Craig, Peter’s son. I’ve had ozone therapy in my feet and I’ll be honest I was pessimistic I didn’t think it would work for me after 8years of trying everything. WOW I’ve just finished my last session with Craig after 48 hours i got out of bed expecting the Same as usual ( pain) i was walking normal no pain my wife couldn’t believe her eyes you’re not walking like a duck with broken legs. I can’t thank the team at the clinic enough, I’m hoping they have changed my quality of life for ever. I can’t recommend this clinic enough with simple words, they were absolutely amazing. Thank you.

I’ve used this service for a number of reasons over the years (back, broken wrist, knee) and always had great service. This time it’s been a torn calf muscle and still been excellent. Not cheap but it’s not the cost it’s the value for money!!
