Broke an exterior spigot and water was rushing into my crawlspace. Tech and apprentice came out same day at ~700pm to repair the pipe. He also added a new master shutoff. Stayed until 930 which I really appreciate. Fair price and very nice guys. Will definitely use again. Less

These guys have done a few jobs at my old house. It’s always challenging in a hundred year old house with essentially an inaccessible crawl space but they have always made it work. Today called for a leaking hose bib and because of access they weren’t able to fully replace it but took it apart, found the issue and got the water on and leak stopped in a hour or so with no charge. I have a small errand to finish the job but very pleased! Especially considering this hose bib was replaced by another plumber a few years ago and apparently they did a bad job and used the wrong parts. Less

This review is being posted because I worked as a subcontractor for this company and given my experience I feel like it is important for me to share. So if anyone in the future wants to work for this company they at least know what they are getting into. This is not to discredit in any way. This is just my personal experience and wanting to leave an honest review on how my experience was working for at your service Plumbing as a subcontractor. There is not a lot of good things that I could say about the owner. He will lie to you as an employee or to his customers. It doesn't matter. He lies! At first he will probably tell you how great it is to work for him. How laid-back he is. How working with him. You can make so much money and how he has guys making a lot of money. But I was his only employee! And because of that, he took advantage of me. We never once agreed on a on-call schedule or to work weekends. But yet he felt like it was okay to randomly message me last minute on weekends or after hours for emergency calls. I worked a few yes. But when I would try to say no because I was busy, he would threaten my job and say things like "you either do it or I find someone that will do it." Giving me no choice but to go out and do that call for him. He thinks it is okay to use derogatory language because he will say something like "I'm racist towards everyone, not just a specific race" If you happen to call out he will make you stay home for the rest of the week and make you feel bad about it by telling you how he had to " take all your calls and work till midnight" I had a emergency and my fiance at the time and now wife, was in the hospital. I called out to tend to her and he goes "are you a doctor?..." Made it A whole big deal and threaten my job because of it. On top of the disrespect derogatory comments insults he would also lag when it came to paying me. He would always be late on paying me by at least a week or two even though I would ask for my money and currently owes me money. So when I finally quit I asked to be paid in full because I hadn't been paid in 3 weeks then it takes him another 2 Weeks for him to pay me but he didn't pay me what he owed me he said "I sent you 1,000 dollars" FOR 3 WEEKS worth of pay?!? At 30 an hour/25% commission? With my hourly and commission he had owed me a little bit over $3,500 but he thought he could just pay me a thousand. We argued and he said okay. I will pay you your money but then after a week or so he says that he was going to deduct it But will be sending it. I argue but say okay fine. Just send me my money and after about 3 days of arguing he says okay fine. I sent you another $1,000. I will send the rest on Tuesday. It was a Friday at the time and to this day I have not gotten my money. So for 3 weeks worth of pay a little bit over $3,500 he paid me $2,000. I am tired of asking for my money. I'm tired of going back and forth with this childish vengeful disrespectful man so I am over it. If you plan on working for this man, good luck and if you plan on getting service from him. Good luck as well because In my opinion he is one of the worst people that I have ever worked for! Good luck to any of his future employees /customers! Less
