Here’s the thing. I typically shop around but their lead engine and follow up service was just too good. That’s how I knew their actual service was also likely top. Comms were on point, my tire (rim) is back to fire! I can stop cringing every time I rock up to my car and she looks brand new - like she looks better than when I first bought the car new. Probably should have gotten all the other nicks - other rims lol - taken care of while they were out there. Note: I also hate running late and I was this morning. These guys are so darn professional. I’m usually not the one running late it’s always the other guy. They were on time and gave me some space to get back home for my appointment. I don’t advise being late but I do appreciate the prompt friendly service and I hope I didn’t set this guy too far back in the day.My only regret is that I didn’t call sooner because my bf already saw the damage and he has always accused me of being a rim scraper. Like when I drive his car - he’s intense about it and I’m always like nooooo nevvverrrrr. ;) If you feel shame about your rims. Call’em now!

I had a scratched wheel that needed repair and Dr. Wheel provided an easy solution. From a quick quote following my submission of a photo of the repair to be done, to scheduling a mobile visit, and having the tech show up on time and complete the job quickly and perfectly - I would highly recommend Dr. Wheel!!

Rico came out and did a great job. Took his time...no rush at all. Good as new, can hardly see anything. Happy customer. Hope I don't need them again 🤣, but if I do, I'll be a repeat customer.

Jonathan did a fantastic job on explaining the process, price, and maintenance. Very friendly and can’t even tell where the damage was. Hopefully I’ll never need the service again but if I do, I know who to call.
