AI Summary
Customers consistently praise Dr. Wheel for professional, punctual technicians, excellent color-matched restorations that make wheels look brand new, and the convenience of mobile service with clear communication. One recurring service gap is inconsistent handling of promotional discounts and escalation, which can harm post-sale satisfaction.

Jonathan did an excellent job repairing all 4 of my wheels. He was very respectful, walked me through the entire process, and did an amazing job on the wheels. They look brand new.
