Shout out to Sean and Michael, the very, very, very clever engineers who recently installed our Samsung heat pump. Tricky installation because of the complexity of the existing pipe work but completed on time and left neat and tidy.

Magna just completed a solar and heat pump installation and we couldn’t be happier with how everything went from survey to the final results. From survey to installation, the teams were professional, cheerful, polite, friendly, and genuinely thorough; we got the sense that everyone loved what they did. Everything ran like clockwork and we felt confident about the whole setup. Afterwards, they carefully cleaned up leaving the place tidy after finishing and took the time to setup and explain everything including answering all our questions. The workmanship is high quality, excellent and looks neat and well organized, and the system is operating exactly as expected. Their attention to detail stood out and we are proud of their work and to have chosen them for the job. Magna went above and beyond before I actually had my ASHP fitted.I had just had a baby and was moving into a property which kept getting delayed, so they kept moving the start date of the work to suit us so we could have the system fitted as soon as we got the keys so we could move in with our new addition to the family. We finally got the keys on the 5th June and Magna were there on the Monday to start the new system.We had Jason as an engineer and he was brilliant, he basically put the whole system in on his own, this work was also completed when we had a few days of really hot weather but Jason just carried on and nothing was too much trouble, I am very grateful for Jason and Magna, they were brilliant!I’m just waiting for the weather to change now so we can try our new heating system :) thanks so much for everything you have done for us as a family

Mark and Craig installed our air source heat pump and we can't recommend them highly enough. They were professional, friendly and worked extremely hard. They clearly knew what they were doing! They explained the process as they went along and were happy to answer any questions we had.The whole job was completed to a high standard and we are very pleased with the service they provided. They are a credit to Magna Renewables and we are more than happy to recommend them. It's obvious they take real pride in their work and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.
