It's extraordinarily difficult to put into words how profound my work with Sophie has been for me but, simply put, it's been life-altering. I've got a long history of working with many different kinds of coaches & practitioners, and I can confidently say that there's something so specific about the level of awareness, attunement, and fierce stability that she brings into sessions. Her ability to work with my body / mind and help me learn to resource in new and specific ways has been profoundly impactful, and I’ve loved seeing the results of our work together affect so many different areas of my life. Soph is really freakin' good at what she does! She helped me work through traumas I'd been carrying with me for years. I had worked with many other practitioners, but Soph's combination of knowledge, genuine care, and ability to make me feel incredibly comfortable allowed for things to actually shift on a deep level.
