I dealt with Eric at Whyte Knyte for an inspection of a Lexus convertible we were going to buy. Mind you, we are on the other side of the country so an inspection seemed logical to protect ourselves. The entire sale was weighing on the findings of this inspection. Eric took detailed photos of EVERYTHING. We paid for the video upgrade (worth every red penny!) and were happy with everything we received. Although this car was in real nice shape, it had flaws and Eric pointed them out in photos with explanations of findings. To summarize.....he saved us from overpaying big time for this vehicle that we were led to believe was PERFECT. We purchased a rebuilt title vehicle and wanted to ship it to louisiana. Without this inspection we would have definitely been disappointed with some of the things we found when we got the vehicle. It was well worth the money to find out what we did and have it addressed with the dealer before shipment. Think of it like having driven the vehicle for a month and all of the things you would find. That's how thoroughly the inspection was done. Tons of pictures and several videos. All high quality like a YouTube review. We are very happy we got the inspection done. I can't say thank you enough for Eric. Not only did he jump though hoops for me to schedule, and dealt with a difficult seller, he literally saved my teenagers life.I hired Whyte Knyte for a pre-purchase inspection on a 7 year old car. I really didn't think much out of the usual (a scratch here, dent there) would show up. What I couldn't believe he found was the airbag sensor was permanently disabled and either there were no airbags, or airbags installed incorrectly. As a buyer, I'd had never known since the sensor would never turn on.Carfax showed the car was fine, however ,the inspection revealed repairs of front end damage.I can't recommend Eric enough for anyone buying a used vehicle. We are still looking for a car and will only use Whyte Knyte for all inspections. Less

I'm so glad I went to Whyte Knyte Inspections to check out a car I was interested in. I live in Ohio and I found a deal on a car in Atlanta. Turns out it wasn't such a great deal.Eric was able to schedule an inspection for the day after I called him and his communication was excellent throughout the process. During the inspection, he found numerous areas of shoddy repair and paint work that weren't evident in the pictures the dealer posted. The car had obviously been in an accident but nothing showed up on the CarFax report.
