Wow! Very impressive. Eric was professional and pleasant to work with. I am a healthcare professional and military veteran with very high standards; and not easily impressed. Eric was incredibly detailed in his verbal and written reports. He also supported everything that he documented with pictures(I really appreciated that) I have bought a lot of toys and gotten a lot of pre-purchase inspections. Eric is one the best, if not the best I have ever used. I also invest in real estate; so, know the importance of due diligence. It can save you a lot of headaches and money in the long run. I will definitely call Eric on my next purchase.
