I cannot thank Steve enough!After originally getting my outdoor blinds from a different supplier and having nothing but problems with poor workmanship and a faulty motor. I was lucky enough to find BlindsCorp on the internet. Steve gave me the time of day explaining why this problem had occurred and how to fix it. ( problem was a cheap Chinese imitation of an alpha motor ) after selling me a genuine Alpha motor and giving me easy instructions on how to install the motor.
