Amazing place to learn taekwondo and leadership skills

I started training at WMA in 2005 and became an instructor in 2011. I was hooked from the start. It's a place that helps kids and adults build on their strengths (and tackle their challenges) so they can become the best version of themselves.

This is truly an outstanding program. Our 7 year old daughter's confidence was transformed and she felt such a sense of accomplishment when she earned her first promotion. I'm disappointed that we won't be able to continue here because we've moved, but strongly recommend.

This is an amazing martial arts academy! I marvel at the family dynamics within this academy. My kids have matured into young leaders of tomorrow thanks in large part because of Woodinville Martial Arts. The love, positivity, discipline and kindness are what makes WMA not only successful but also a home and a family. The anxiety that my kids had when they start quickly vanished as they blossomed into confident leaders and young adults. The support they received as they dealt with difficulties and frustrations taught them that in the end they can overcome so much.Woodinville Martial Arts cares about not just you as a student but you as an individual. As an adult student, we have a great time. I have been gently pushed beyond what I thought, or what society felt, I could do and it has led me to push myself even more. I personally love this place. The owners and instructors are amazing and always make you feel welcomed. I can't begin to explain how much these wonderful people have helped me with martial arts and with my personal life. They give constant support and encouragement despite the subject. I truly hope anyone reading this decides to try out WMA it is really an incredible environment.

Woodinville Martial Arts is a fantastic studio that’s offers an incredible program for both kids and adults. We have been training here for over 5 years and absolutely love it! After 16 years of experiencing my sons enjoyment of WMA, I have finally joined the ranks! Not sure what took me so long but couldn’t be happier that I did. This has been my sons happy place for forever and I’m not sure what we would have done without them over the years. Through personal highs and lows there was always MA and with that all of the amazing people that came with it! The friends we have made will be friends for a lifetime and none of that would have happened without Daniel and Rachel. They have created a wonderful place for growth and leadership, not to mention all of the fun to be had. While pushing not only your physical but mental and sometimes emotional boundaries. I couldn’t be more grateful! The five stars is no joke they deserve it!!!

It's hard to put into words how much Woodinville Martial Arts means to me! Since I started training in 2014, WMA has become my second family and I am so thankful for everything I have learned, and all of the support and encouragement from Sir, Ma'am, and my fellow students.
