My wife and I contracted American Design International a bit over a year ago, at the recommendation of a designer friend who had previously left the area. Our objective was to do a refresh in about 4 - 5 of the living areas in our private home. After meeting with Pam and Christy at ADI and outlining our desires and budget, we entered into a partnership that ran through the end of 2024 and most of 2025. Pam, Christy and the entire ADI team were incredibly helpful in the process of capturing our thoughts and putting them into concrete ideas that very effectively captured our vision, and they were generous with their time and non-judgmental about our occasional waffling. We continue to be very pleased with the outcome and with the value of their creativity and patience.

Pam and her team have been involved in 3 multi-family projects with Edison47 and Rush. Due to American Designs experience and the ability to stay current with upcoming trends they have provided an amazing finished product. As a result of the Proctor Station "look" we feel AD has instrumentally played a role in improving typical lease up time at almost double the anticipated absorption for occupancy.
