USED to be very happy with their team. Even if a nest was built between visits, they would still come out and take care of any problems. Same with crawly things. I didn't see them at ALL between visits. Service and scheduling used to be super easy, until recently. They don't ask, anymore... they just schedule you a day before they're going to be there. If you don't get the message in time, you get half a spray if you don't open the gate or prep for them to come. Then you get to reschedule another one and wait a couple of weeks.RE: Termites - The guy who came out the first time to spot-kill some localized termites was very respectful and seemed knowledgeable, but the termites weren't obliterated that first time. So I called again, and they wanted me to go through this whole process of vacuuming and watching, even though I was VERY aware that the problem wasn't resolved the first time. I hate being questioned about what I'm seeing with my own eyes. They did send someone out again and this time I'm not seeing further signs, so that's good.They're still mostly friendly and professional, but they've definitely changed since I started with them a couple of years ago. Now I feel like their policies have changed and no one told me. They only come out 4x a year instead of every other month, which was not the original agreement.What I suspect is that the business has grown, and now they're able to do a little more of what they want instead of focusing on customer service. So now I am having issues with scheduling, and occasionally billing, as well. It's just become a hassle instead of the easy, reliable service I used to get. Anyway, I used to recommend, but would no longer be as quick to send anyone their way.
