I initially selected Val Leo's due to its proximity to my work. However, after having a watch battery replaced, I took another watch in for a replacement battery. They replaced the battery, but apparently, that was not the issue. They were unable to fix it, but left the new battery in the watch and did not charge me a cent. I am always impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and their jewelry is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend.
