I brought my old Victorinox watch to be fixed for a mechanical/electric issue (battery was dying too quickly), and after telling me they would diagnose the problem and let me knkw what it would take to fix it, they just replaced the battery, told me nothing was wrong, and charged me for the battery replacement. Now less than a week later, the watch is failing to keep time at all, and they loosened the watch face so that it shifts if I go to set the time. Not only did they fail to fix the watch, they made the problem worse.When checking out, they offered me a discount on future services for a five star review on Google, and when I indicated that I would be interested in that, they pressured me into writing a review on the spot to receive the discount for this visit. I did not feel comfortable saying no in front of them.Also, it was $35 just to take out links in a watch chain, which other jewelers usually do for free when I am getting my watch battery replaced.
