I am sharing this review based on my personal experience with this jewelry store.I brought several pieces of gold jewelry to the store for repair. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my experience or with the condition of my jewelry when I received it back. After the repair, I noticed that my bracelet had damage and that its weight was different from what I had recorded previously. My necklace was also modified during the repair. One portion was replaced, and I did not receive another portion back with my jewelry. This was unexpected and concerning to me.I also felt uncomfortable with the sales pressure I experienced regarding other jewelry and deposits.I am not making any allegation about anyone’s intentions or making any accusation of wrongdoing. I am only sharing what I personally observed and experienced.Because of my experience, I personally would not use this store again. I recommend that anyone leaving valuable jewelry for repair document the item’s condition and exact weight beforehand and clearly confirm in writing what will be repaired, replaced, or returned.I am sharing this review so other customers can make their own informed decisions.

I liked the place, nice staff super helpful and welcoming. I realized the pricing is more reasonable and fare. Plus it was very quick for the type of work I was asking like the next day , notifications were sent by texting and then send you the receipt immediately for your record.

I had an amazing experience with Van Leo Jewelry! They custom-made a ring and bracelet for my wife, and both pieces turned out absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were amazing, and my wife loved them! They also repaired my mother-in-law’s ring and made it look new again by refinishing it in white gold. The difference was incredible. They have a great selection of natural diamond rings, bracelets, and other beautiful jewelry. They also have a very nice selection of gold pieces at really good prices. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Van Leo Jewelry for custom jewelry, repairs, natural diamonds, and gold. Definitely a place I’ll come back to!I
