Extremely bad experience. I took my bracelet in for repair, but instead of repairing it, it was damaged.I also have serious concerns about how my jewelry was handled. There was an attempt to switch or take parts during the repair process. A necklace that was attached to another chain was taken/separated, which is very concerning and unprofessional.Even worse, after damaging my bracelet, he tried to convince me to sell it to him and then buy something else from his shop, which would have caused me an even bigger loss. This felt very dishonest and showed a complete lack of integrity.On top of that, the staff tries to pressure you into buying items they want to get rid of, making you feel uncomfortable and not allowing you to choose freely.It felt like they take advantage of customers who may not be fully familiar with their rights or the process, which made the situation even more upsetting.What happened to me was very wrong, and I will not forgive this.I trusted this place, but I regret it. Please be very careful—always weigh your jewelry, take clear photos, and verify everything before and after any repair.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.
