The team turned up on time and 3 very plesant young men started to prepare to clean my roof and soft wash my walls. The team leader took time out to explain not only what their plan was but also to explain how the science of it worked. They completed their task and left my property tidier than it was before they started. All of the team were helpful and respectful and I have no hesitation on recomending NIClean.

Placed an order with Steven, he invoiced for said order then couldn't honour it, had to call Shay to get approval, have all relevant messages between is to prove this. Don't normally leave reviews but this company was so unprofessional I needed to document it for others.Received multiple calls and messages from Shay after this review was posted telling me I was spinless for not picking up the phone and speaking to him like a man.Have asked him for no more contact which he obviously doesn't understand.Will update further as requiredUpdate to Marks reply, I've all the messages if anyone needs to see them, because I was unable to take a call from Shay once posted the review, it's on for a companies employee to call me spinless and a coward for not talking a call, I'm sure of you watched it unfold Mark, as a manager, you surely could have intervened when Steven was clearly out of his depth as you say Shay needed to deal with it.Interested in your response to insulting people from work devices after he was told not to contact me any further isn't ok???

We had Brian from NII Clean here today 17/12/25, what he achieved was nothing short of a miracle.. our 11year old K Rendered bungalow was looking the worse for wear, with green algae and black mould! Enter Brian and he had it back to Diamond White in no time at all, he even done the pillars on the driveway. Left the surrounding area spic and span. Couldn’t recommend NII Clean highly enough, 5 stars!
