Mr. Patio Cover just finished install of a 36' X 10' patio cover that replaced the same on our forever home. The patio cover they replaced was a wall mounted 2"x2" lattice type, causing the back of our home to be dark and need to be replaced due to water damage regularly. It was replaced with a roof mount solid aluminum type that lets all kind of light into our home! The experience from Hayden our in-home sales-guy, to the three-man installer team led by Gregorio was incredible. I found them all to be professional, informative and well-versed in their craft. I am in the real estate development world and know a bit about construction > and this was a great overall experience. Didn't feel pressured during the sale and was super impressed with watching the cover being installed > these guys know what they are doing! I would say that if you are looking for a patio cover like I was, you should give Mr. Patio Cover a chance to earn your business. They did mine and I am grateful!!

Our family had a new patio cover constructed by Mr. Patio Cover, to replace our aging, older patio cover. Sal and his crew arrived on time and went over all the details of the job with me. They worked efficiently through the entire day, and the result of their work was amazing! We could not be happy with the look and functionality of our new patio structure. The whole process was a pleasure; from working with Hayden on the sales team, to Laura in the office (excellent communication), to Sal and his installation crew. We are so pleased we decided to work with Mr.patio cover from the first contact they were easy to reach and make an appt for the quote. Their quote was very competitive and overall the best choice for us. They were able to order our product and set delivery/install date that worked with our personal schedule and were able to stick to the 1day install. The staff were very upfront with all the steps and communication was not a problem.

From the time I signed the papers to the end was a very easy transition. The tear down crew did a great job taking it down. The install team was excellent. The job went so smoothly and they did an excellent job.

Several thousands of dollars and didn't last 3 rain storms. Beware - you will need to have your patio cover inspected immediately after installation by a different licensed company to determine if poor quality installation from the third party subcontractors will result in future failures or you will be financially responsible for repairing the poor quality work. The subcontractors informed me they did not work for Mr.PatioCover as an employee. At that point you might consider hiring a completely separate company altogether to complete your project.-Our patio cover is leaking where it was attached to our wood fascia. This is not covered by their warranty and a credit card is required before they will send out any technicians so they can charge you when they determine the problem is not covered.-I did not get on the roof myself to inspect the installation job until later down the road when I noticed the problems. The installers butted the roof tight to the gutter in multiple locations which did not allow for water to run into the gutter, causing a backup of water on the roof. I had to dremel cut sections of the roof to create a gap for water to flow to the gutter. The 1" circular holes drilled into the gutter for the downspouts had metal burrs resisting debris flow, and were undersized to pass any size leaf debris into the downspouts causing a backup in the gutter. I had to cut the gutter holes larger and deburr the gutters myself. Again, not covered by warranty.After using this company, I don't think I would use this company in the future or recommend them to anyone else based on the quality of the installation and the lack of warranty for the above mentioned problems. I will not be paying their $200 service charge to have someone come tell me the leak isn't covered. You can make your own choice, this is just my experience.You will need to have gutters installed above the patio cover(not possible in my situation) as the presumed owner of the company states in his video that the cover is not designed to handle the water coming off the roof. If your roof sheds water to the cover, its likely to void any warranty leak claims.
