Boyd is amazing! This is our experience. Skip to end for the summary!My wife and I were transferring from Japan after almost 10 years back to the US. On transfer leave we were driving across the country and decided to stop in Meridian on our way to the east coast to do some initial looking at homes. About 5 months before we left Japan, we had asked an agent that was linked up with us by Zillow to speak to the listing agent for a home here in Meridian (this was Boyd) and he called us back and answered all our questions. He was so friendly and helpful that the day before we got to Meridian we thought to reach out to him to see if he could give us any help while we were in town. (we called him on Tuesday evening)The next day, Wednesday, we got to town at 3pm and Boyd had already compiled a list with printouts and notes for 15 properties that he discussed with us that evening over dinner. On Thursday Boyd picked us up at our hotel and took us to see all 15 in one day in a well thought out and effective order that prioritized our experience over time and efficiency. On Friday we revisited 4 or 5 of the properties, narrowed that to two, and made an offer on 1. That didn't work out but we made another offer on Saturday and Boyd agressively worked to get us an amazing deal, even better than what I was expecting.After the offer we continued to the East coast and Boyd worked with us remotely to coordinate everything with the bank and VA Loan reps/entities. Ultimately we closed over Docusign remotely and didn't have any problems other than the regular hurdles with a purchase that Boyd was able to quickly and efficiently navigate.Summary: Boyd prides himself on his work with Military customers and gave us 100% of his time and attention. All of this at the literal drop of a hat with 24 hours notice, then dedicated the next 4 days to helping us find our new home. We couldn't be happier with Boyd. This is our 3rd home we've purchased and we've worked with agents and property managers for the past 20 years. Boyd provided us, by far, the best experience with an agent we've had. He knows everyone in town, they all know him. Need something done? Ask Boyd, he probably knows the people you are looking for!

What an amazing experience! We are first time homebuyers and we live in California. A friend of mine recommended Boyd to us and I am so incredibly grateful they did! Boyd really exceeded every expectation we had of this home buying experience. Not only did he do walk through videos of homes with us while we were unable to see them in person, but he dedicated 3 whole days to us. We were able to visit to see homes for a short period and I don't know how he did it, but everyday he picked us up in the morning, we literally covered the whole county in home searching! We must have looked at every home available in our price range! He walked around Downtown Meridian with us, showed us his favorite spots. Boyd Williams is a wonderful realtor and made our home buying experience a breeze. We moved to Meridian from Europe and purchased our beautiful home without ever stepping foot inside. I wish I could give 10 stars! I am military, and when we got orders to NAS Meridian, we had no clue where that even was. We were also unable to travel to the area to house hunt. Boyd was recommended by a friend of a friend, who was stationed here years ago. 10 stars to that person for the recommendation. Boyd took the time to video call tour a lot of houses, all over the surrounding area. He even propped his phone up in his car a few times and gave us a video tour of the neighborhoods of some prospective properties. This was huge! A few of the houses I loved were adjacent to some less than desirable areas. We would have never known without Boyd making sure we took all that into account. One of them was even a house he was listing, and could've made money from both sides. After all his help, he got us into a perfect home for us, in the best school zone in the area, with some great neighbors.I could go on and on, as I sit here on my bench swing overlooking the beautiful fishing pond in my backyard. Between buying and selling homes, we've had 6 different realtors and with confidence I can say Boyd was by far the best. His vast experience and professionalism was balanced very well by his patience and kindness, making it feel like he was looking for a house for his own family member. He was very flexible and made sure to listen to every detail of what we were looking for and even made suggestions based on the area and our needs. Since we lived a few hours away, it was very important to be able to trust that our realtor was able to look at homes for us while we were not able to be there.
