A huge shoutout to Victor and his crew!! I want to give a special shoutout to Clarissa (spelling?)…. I had a special trip planned to NC to visit my grandchildren….and of course a warning light comes on. She somehow got me squeezed in and put up with my panic calls during the day asking for updates. My car was ready by the end of the day. I got a later start then expected….but the best part was being woken up by my grandchildren this morning!!!! THANKS LONG NECK Auto!!!

Great reviews on Google and a 5 * rating sent me to Longneck Auto. Victor knew immediately what caused the problem and within 10 minutes had fixed it! He is a one-man wonder! He said I reminded him of his grandmother (I’m 87) and he didn’t even charge me for the service. Besides that, gave me extra fuses, in case it happened again…all on his lunch hour. I recently needed repairs on my Nissan pickup. I took it to Long Neck Auto. Victor had the job done ahead of schedule. He used OEM parts and showed me that the last place I took it to didn’t do the work they said they did. The cost was reasonable for the amount of work they needed to do. I when the truck was ready, Victor called me. I told him I’d have to find a ride. He said he’d come and pick me up. Great service and reasonable prices. I’ll definitely be going back.
