I first went to Priority1 when they were on Speed Street (a long time ago!), but not exclusively until 2017. That year my old PC was near death so I bought a new one at a local store on a Black Friday sale. Having no idea on how to transfer from old to new, I called Priority1. That was a good decision! It took a lot of patience and trial-and-error time (my old PC was barely functional) but they did it. They were super friendly and amazing, and I'm pleased to say they still are! That was when I chose the Care Package, which has given me years of up-to-date operating system, no viruses or malware, a regular backup procedure, and superb help when I've needed it. Recently, after asking Terry what to ask for, I bought a brand new PC (same store as 2017 ... I am loyal!), and repeated the process with Priority1. Thank you Priority1 and especially Terry who has helped me many times over the years.

These guys are second to none. Came in with a dead PC a few weeks ago that wouldn't power cycle. I had a feeling that it might be my PSU but since my rig was getting pretty old and I needed it asap for work, I brought it in to let the experts have a look. Richard was phenomenal. Not only did he check everything, but when his power supply tester gave a false reading, saying that the problem wasn't with the PSU, he double checked manually anyway. And wouldn't you know it? It was the PSU the whole time! His thoroughness saved me time and another trip, and he even installed a replacement PSU on the spot. I was especially grateful that he was upfront about how much it would cost to buy one myself, and what his markup was. For the time, effort, and expertise (and fun conversation to boot) I told him I was happy to buy from him and pay for the install. When he told me afterwards that he wouldn't charge me for the labour, I was floored. Absolutely top tier service! I'd highly recommend them over anyone else in the city.
