Inground SwimSpa cost me $8K+ to obtain the Occupation Certificate. I understand the delay was caused by the builder and Altogether Water in Gables due to the planning design, in relation to the centralised recycling water system. But 6 months of waiting to get it even started was not efficient. However, I thought Tish Collier was superb in following up to make it happen. Less
