Forever recommending this place. And location! I’m 9 weeks 3 days pregnant and severely dehydrated. They are so welcoming and making sure you are comfortable every step of the way. You can sit in a regular recliner or a full body massage chair. The atmosphere they have here is so relaxing. I can’t get over how amazing the guys are here. So sweet. Both of them! About half way through my iv my nausea almost immediately went away. I’m so glad we found this place. I will definitely keep using them through out my pregnancy. They made sure I had the best experience! I’m sitting here as we speak writing this review. I just couldn’t pass it up! Forever recommending this place!

I always have an amazing experience at Prime IV Hydration in Macedonia! The staff (Kevin and Tim) is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and make me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. The facility is spotless and has a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere that immediately puts me at ease. The massage chairs are the absolute best. They always take the time to explain all my options and help me choose the right infusion for my needs. I feel refreshed and energized after each of my IV treatments. I highly recommend Prime IV to anyone looking to boost their wellness and feel their best!

Tim and Kevin are fantastic. I signed up for the monthly service months ago. You get a bit more for your money and it fun. It make a great date night to get hydrated and then have dinner and drinks.

I had amazing experiences early on at prime but as of late the quality of care has changed as well as the staffing. As those are expected changes for a young business I hold nothing against prime for it.My issue stems from the lack of communication and apparent refusal to fill my prescription. I went through all the proper steps and received a prescription for Sermorelin after a consult with the provided physician on January the 23rd . After being given multiple excuses ranging from “we’re waiting till we have a large order” to “the pharmacy isn’t responding” I still haven’t received my medications or even a phone call saying it’s cancelled. I went into the store on Friday April 4 and asked the owner, Kevin when I should expect it. Kevin seemed to be more interested in his laptop as the only response I received when asking when it will arrive was “I don’t know” and “sorry” all while he stared at his screen.I don’t want this to deter anyone from trying Prime as their drips and vitamins always made me feel immediately better, but caution is probably recommended as withholding a prescribed medicine is surely unprofessional and inconsiderate but seems like a matter for the state board of pharmacy or other regulating bodiesThe attached email is confirmation and proof of visit, the physicians name was removed for privacy

I am not even sure where to begin. I was on the last straw in regards to feeling good. From the time I walked in the door it was love at first visit. From the IV drips to the Semaglutide it has all made me feel like a new woman. I went from Dr to Dr trying to find solutions in regards to hydration do to health issues and the first drip I had was amazing. I am a bi weekly customer who wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have lost approximately 30lbs in 5 weeks. No more aches and pains. I would recommend this to everyone. I am now a walking billboard. Big shoutout to Alyssa and Kevin. Thank you for saving my life.

Today was my appointment.I met with the owner.I did my consultation. He took me back to a room and he started to discuss the drip package and the prices. I got a little confused because my package was already purchased online. Which was the new customer package that total out to be $0? He kept trying to sell me. The energy boost for $99. Telling me that what was online was wrong. He offered me just the consultation. The telehealth for free. Then he switched it and said I can have the consultation the telephone. And?The energy boost plus at additive at the cost of $99. Then he said I can have the telephone health, the consultation and the additive for free. But I still had to pay $99 for the energy boost. He also said, well, if I was looking for anything for free. Then he would give me the B12I told him I'm not looking for anything for free and that I was just looking for what was online. He refused to honor what was online and kept trying to get me to purchase. The energy boost for 99 Dolli showed him what was online. And what it said then I told him never mind and that the online booking was a deception. And then I walked out 30 minutes to an hour later. He then went onto the website. Everyone, from the nurses to the receptionists, is super caring and friendly. I feel very taken care of and relaxed when I'm there. Having access to IVs is extremely important to managing my POTS.

I ve been to Prime IV in Macedonia a few times since it opened.I went again last week because I was feeling so weak,crabby,sore with muscle tension in my head,back shoulders,stressed from broken ribs,then the latest killer virus and was dehydrated .I called Prime IV and Kevin Sutton ,owner,got me in immediately. The whole atmosphere of the place is calming.The massage chairs are AMAZING! The nurses are happy and professional. Even before I left ,my back ,shoulders and head tension was releasing...Slept great that night and had energy to do things and move around..I will be going back!Kevin along with his on line doctor determined what my body needed.An IV makes all the difference. Thanks Kevin,and the great team at Prime IV in Macedonia,OH 62 year old Jeanne!

FANTASTIC ownership and staff. The nurse is absolutely incredible, I’m such a hard stick and she got me first try with great ease. Tremendous value in what you get in comparison to other companies. Fully acquainted in any service you need. Highly recommend them!
