Update: owner did refund me & threw in a free mow. Which is greatly appreciated. Still wasn’t thrilled by the commutation on the issue but I do appreciate their efforts to correct the situation.I unfortunately cannot recommend this company. I have been using them this summer. My grandmother has a small yard that needs to be mowed with areas around the garden bed/ house to be edged. We were gone for a three weeks to come back to the yard mowed but areas of tall over grown grass where a weed wacker should have been done. When I brought it to the owners attention they offered to fix it. I requested for a refund due to how over grown the areas were. It wasn’t a one week thing. It was 3 weeks of over grown grass, which put her in violation of her lease at the property! The owners response is “well we can give you a partial refund for only this week because we were only notified today about it.” although it is obvious in the photos the grass was TALL! I pay $160 a month for my grandmothers smaller minimum effort property to be maintained. It shouldn’t be the clients responsibility to micro manage the crew to doing their job. We continued to argue over a refund and they wouldn’t compromise whatsoever ! I would’ve been happy with refund for the week but the simple unprofessional attitude and service in response to the issue being brought up is alone frustrating.

We are so pleased to have Neighborhood lawn legends mow our lawn this summer! I would highly recommend them! They always showed up on time! I think it is wonderful the owner is mentoring his workers to do a professional job! I am sure you will be very Happy with them!

Lawn Legends has a half-dozen of my neighbors as customers so they must be doing something right! I like they way the use smaller machines so they can cut my grass at an angle. Ruts don't form over time because they use smaller machines not the heavy ride-on types. They always do a great job.

Lawn care is done quickly and efficiently. Edging looks great, they even mow in different directions each week. They show up when expected or will text if moving day because of rain. Invoice emails. Recommend them highly.

Neighborhood Lawn Legends has done several landscaping projects for us as well as some weekly lawn mowing services in Boise and Meridian and they have done a fantastic job! They have been very responsive, gotten to and finished the projects quickly and with great quality. They have done a thorough job and we have been very satisfied and we will be using them again.
