I found the clinic by chance while I was looking for help with my lower back pain and swelling legs while flying. Alexander is very knowledgeable and kind. He understands the human body and its mechanics. He alleviated drastically my pain and now I can return back to my exercise routine. Alex did a fantastic job as I went through the recommended number of sessions to restore my muscles to full activity and he provided life coaching as well for things like hydration, stretching, swimming for reactivation, and strengthening. He's also humble and has a great sense of humor! Once the prescribed number of sessions are completed, he doesn't want to see you again for another year, which shows a lot of integrity. Highly recommended!

I started seeing Alexandr at Energy Flow Clinic because I had terrible neck pain that just wouldn’t go away. On top of that, I’d been struggling with sciatica off and on for months. What really impressed me was how seriously Alexandr took the time to look into how the two issues might be connected — something no one else had ever done before.After a few sessions, I could actually feel the difference. My neck loosened up, my back felt lighter, and that awful nerve pain down my leg started to fade. I have been going to see RMTs for a good 15 years now for various problems - mostly all muscular and I’ve come across some great ones but I can honestly say that Alex is the best I’ve ever had. He takes a real holistic approach and really takes the time to feel and assess your body and is incredibly perceptive to what’s causing your pain and suffering. His knowledge of how the body works is obvious and it shows in his treatment. He was able to zone in on my issues immediately without having been told and I feel MUCH BETTER after my first session. I will be returning next week for my second session. I honestly feel hope that I might not have to live with chronic pain for the first time in a decade. Ten stars!!!

I am on the American football team and after my training my back hurt a lot and when I came to this place they gave me a great massage and explained to me what and why my back hurt but it turns out it wasn't just my back that hurt but also my neck and leg but thanks to the professional massage therapist I feel great and continue to do my training 100% I advise everyone to go to VSPM 👍🏻
