I have a Navian tankless hot water heater and reported to the Navian representative in 2019 problems such as not having consistent hot water and a strange noise from the unit. I have a Navian tankless hot water heater and reported to the Navian representative in 2019 problems such as not having consistent hot water and a strange noise from the unit. The representative stated nothing was wrong with the unit. Over time, the problems got worse. Then the unit began to make a loud boom noise. I called this company who contacted Navian. Naven had the techs change out two or three parts which did not resolve the problems and declared the unit as inoperable. However, they stated they would not replace the unit under warranty. With Trey and Zacs assistance, they were able to get the unit covered by the manufacturer under the warranty. I could not be more pleased with Trey, Lucas and Zac as well as the two installers. I have and will continue using these guys and recommend them highly. Less
