Jack and is team were instrumental in our home renovation. He has strong project management and communication skills to ensure his team is aligning to your timeline. He also takes the time to develop thorough and accurate quotes at the onset to ensure no surprises at the end. We ended up expanding our scope with Jack and team as they were so great to work with! He was kind and professional and we will definitely use them in the future!

We had an appt. to meet but he didn’t show up. This is even after he called again to give me a specific time. Then never heard from him (Jack) again. Not a good sign. UnprofessionalPost Script... after Jack saw my review he sent me a message explaining his situation. I guess he had a family emergency. He apologized and offered me a discount, but by then it was after the review was written and I had move on. I feel very bad that he had a family emergency. But, what was I suppose to do? I offered to contact him for some other project in the future. He seems to have good review from others. I don't know.🤷🏻‍♀️

Matthew did a great job opening our pool! He helped re-route the system after some burst pipes over the winter and came back every day until the pool was swim-able!
