I had a scary situation with my electric hot water tank. It was a long weekend week and l couldn’t get anyone to come soon but Dean was quick to respond and find me a replacement tank. Dean was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and even gave me tips and tricks to fix other issues that l have. Dean Removed existing tank and installed new John Wood tank, new thermal expansion valve, and vacuum breaker and tested tank pressure. There my main issue was fixed. Thanks Dean
