Ludus is most definitely a top rehab facility! There were smiles everywhere! Everyone was committed to helping each other and themselves get stronger and pain free, whether it be in the gym or during field sessions! You are never just left alone without an offer of help from both coaches and physios. They actually care about you and your wellbeing. Everyone was justvery friendly. Laughter and smiles were always present. Jaryd, my physio, is a top bloke who helped me resolve my knee and elbow pain WHILST ALSO teaching and helping me to learn and discern why I was in pain, what was or could be causing it and how to resolve it by myself if need be. A massive learning experience. If you ever find yourself to be in pain or need guidance to up your level of athletic performance, I would recommend Ludus all the way 11/10!!!

I joined Ludus to rehab my ACL and meniscus injury that I got from playing basketball. Through the whole process, the Physios and coaches were always super helpful and friendly. They were able to explain the entire rehab process in detail and tailor my program to my specific needs.The gym has very high quality equipment and a very welcoming environment for everyone.The coaches are also very good at explaining and demonstrating the different exercises.Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get the best rehab experience.

I have would not recommend Ludus Sports Performance based on our family’s experience.My son attended the youth athlete program for a period of time. We ultimately decided not to continue due to concerns regarding the quality of the training and the value received. We were also provided with a testing assessment report that, in my opinion, lacked meaningful or actionable information and appeared to contain a lot of generic commentary rather than objective feedback to support my son’s development.The most concerning issue for us related to billing. Following discussions about using my son’s remaining sessions under a flexible arrangement, recurring weekly charges continued to be deducted from my credit card after my son had stopped attending.Despite attempts to resolve the matter directly with the business, we were unable to reach an agreement and I was required to lodge a formal dispute through NAB. After reviewing the evidence, including the documentation and correspondence provided, NAB settled all four disputed transactions in my favour.I appreciate that others may have had different experiences, however I believe parents should exercise caution, ensure they fully understand any ongoing membership arrangements, cancellation requirements and billing processes, and carefully review any assessment reports provided to determine whether they deliver genuine value for their child.I hope this feedback assists other families in making an informed decision.

Only good things to say about ludus!Started my journey with not even being able to walk around at work all day, started the three month fifo program and had me playing sport by the end of the program.Super flexible and great communication with my rosterEvery coach was always helpful at the sessions whether or not they were my physio.These guys saved my sports life when all else had failed.cheers!

I signed up for a 3-month rehabilitation program at Ludus after struggling for years with being perpetually injured while playing team sports. I’m a self-motivated and very active person in my 20s, but for a long time I always felt like I had to hold myself back because there was constantly some injury I was managing. I’d seen several other physios over the years, but none took the same holistic and comprehensive approach as Ludus in addressing the root causes of the problem.Ludus completely transformed my approach to maintaining a healthy, active body that can handle the demands of sport. The team worked closely with me through weekly physio sessions, tailored weekly programs, and coached gym and field sessions for sprint training and conditioning.While the rehabilitation program comes at a higher price point than some individual services, in my opinion the value it provides more than justifies the cost. What makes Ludus stand out is that they don’t just treat the issue you’re currently facing, they also educate you on why it happened and help prevent future problems through a progressive, personalised plan.For me, that meant identifying several deficits & issues in my training approach that were contributing to injury, with great guidance from my physio Jaryd, as well as improving my running and gym technique with help from Robbie, Callan, and Alec.A special shout-out to Jaryd, who went above and beyond throughout the program. He was thorough, thoughtful, and always focused on understanding what was actually going on rather than just treating symptoms. He also shared really comprehensive guidance for training and injury prevention after the program, along with a plan to help me maintain my progress and keep improving my conditioning.It’s now been a few months since I finished the program, and I’ve been able to play sport at an intensity I didn’t think was possible for me anymore, without injuries or niggling pains.Thanks again to Ryan and the whole team at Ludus.

The absolute best, friendliest and most worthwhile for performance based gym I’ve ever been too. Cal and the rest of the team are always super helpful and make the gym feel like a home. Couldn’t recommend the place more highly
