Stuart has been assisting and providing treatments for a difficult shoulder injury following surgeries and a frozen shoulder. I would highly recommend his services as he has been professional, supportive, and really helped me with my chronic injury. These guys are great, really knowledgeable and definitely not advocates of the usual rest and take painkillers spiel. Stuart is great; gave a quick diagnosis and plan of action. Made necessary referrals for scans etc, pushed to find an answer. Was the positive one through the more frustrating parts of the process. Completely recommend and wouldn't hesitate in going back.

I had a nasty fall and my hip and knee were painful for months. Went to Jaoa at Recover and after a couple of sessions and some good advice it is so much better now. I am now able to do more activity than ever. Brilliant and will highly recommend this service
