The installation day went off without a hitch. I got there at 7 AM and jumped right into it. Our roof is REALLY steep, so I think it was a risky job, to be honest. There was definitely a lot of noise, but they warned us ahead of time to be ready for it and did a great job cleaning up afterward. I discovered maybe one nail a week later, but that's pretty standard for a project of this size. Honestly, I'm shocked I didn't find more!

There were a couple of small delays as we approached build day, and we were informed it was due to ‘labor availability.’ However, they took the time to explain the situation instead of just vanishing or ignoring our calls. That really counts, and we’re totally fine with being patient for our new roof. All we want is for it to be done right.

I wasn't expecting much from our chat, but they actually informed us that our area had suffered significant storm damage and that the insurance companies were covering the cost of a new roof.
